DESCRIPTION:This POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy) course (6th, 13th, 17th, 18th October) will cover:\n\na contemporary understanding of pain science and implications for pregnancyspecial cases and obstetric red flags (a must for anyone working in obstetrics or keen to work with pregnant women)the most up to date evidence for the assessment and treatment of pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, rectus abdominus diastasis and more.It is a blended learning programme including self-directed online learning supported by two live evening sessions. The course culminates with a practical two-day face to face teaching workshop.\n\nThis course will be greatly enhanced if you have attended the ‘Pregnancy Related Physiotherapy: the child bearing year - an entry-level course’.\n\n
